Diary Entry 10: Delicious cakes ideas that everyone enjoys!

I have a passion for baking from scratch; I find it to be so relaxing. Whether you are baking for a project, trying something new or for a celebration, there is baked good recipe calling. I love making this chocolate cake (I love chocolate!). This is beautiful tender and moist and you don´t require a beater, just a wooden spoon, and I will recommend using a spoon it softer.

This is another baked good that everyone loves and it’s perfect for a later summer when plums are at their prime. You can appreciate this cake at any time of the day, and to make it even tastier add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

This is quick, easy to make, and utterly delicious. I grew up eating this cake because it was easy and cheap to make, and the ingredients were always available at home. It´s is simple to make and you don´t need any fancy equipment, also to be creative I will recommend using chocolate glaze as a topping for this cake.

Pineapple Delight

My late Mother used to love and it is also easy and quick to make. This moist, sweet can be served plain or topped with cream cheese icing or a dollop of freshly whipped cream. No fresh cream? Whipped topping works like a charm!

Banana

This recipe uses fresh mashed bananas and buttermilk for super moist results. It was made for me by my late Mother, its one of my fondest memories of the time we spent together.
