Diary Entry 9: Desserts from around the world!

Desserts conclude a meal and, in my opinion, are one of the most important parts of a dinner or lunch. I have a sweet tooth, so I enjoy having desserts after dinner. Typically, I savor a piece of cake, a mousse, ice cream, and more. I always enjoy pairing with dessert wine or liqueur. So I have created a catalogue of desserts from around the world that family and friends always love when I make it!

Chocolate Cake

My all-time favorite cake, I love to create variations of this cake. I love adding coconut milk or desiccated coconut to make the cake flavorful! Therefore, my advice when making the cake is always to try to be creative and give it your personal touch in order to make it extra special!”
