Diary Entry 7: Meals to enjoy without worrying about calories
Making fun and easy to eat meals is one of my favorite pastimes; I usually take meals that already exist and love to give my twist to the said meal. However, there are meals that I love that are rich in calories, which can be detrimental to your health over a while, even though they are rich in flavor and taste! So, I have combined various meals that are great in taste/flavor and are also healthy.

We love this one, especially since our son is a huge shrimp fan!
